Food Selling license in India

Hunger tale encourages every home chef in India to register for Food Safety and Compliance System (FoSCoS), required by Indian law.

Once a seller uploads their valid registration license in our platform, they get a badge in their account which adds credential on their profile and better response from customers.

FoSCos issues three types of licenses based on the nature of the food business and turnover:

• Registration: For Turnover less than ₹12 Lakh
• State License: For Turnover between ₹12 Lakh to ₹20 Crore
• Central License: For Turnover above ₹20 Crore

FoSCos provide a simple online tool for registration.
